The Project as Follows
Defects in workmanship

What is not covered?
This warrantee does not cover damage due to unusual wear,  Acts of God, accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence to the premises.  Damage due to repairs or installation by unauthorized individuals are not covered.

What is the period of the coverage?
Pro Builders Express Inc. warranties the completed project for a period of 5 years from the date of final payment or substantial completion,  whatever is sooner.

What is the Limitation?
This warrantee period is limited by the manufacturers warranty on installed products. ie:  A disposal with a 2 year manufacturers will not be covered for 5 years.

How do you get service?
To obtain warrantee service call Pro Builders Express Inc. at (866)360-1526  9:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. A company representative will inspect the defect within 1 week.  A company repair person will be scheduled within 7 days after the inspection.  Pro Builders Express Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace as they may deem necessary.

Note: This warrantee is non-transferable. This warrantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have others.
